Service is made up of experienced professionals, who are speaking Czech or English when helping you to choose your meal and drinks, and which is prepared to be dedicated to you for the whole time of your visit.
The necessary requirement is, that our guests will get the true gastronomic experience and the core of the team is a group of our cooks. We have six cooks and two sushi-man. All of them are from Asia.
For running the kitchen and the right designing the recipes is responsible chef Vu Van Manh, who was in Japan on an intership for four years.
